Delivered a bespoke omnichannel loyalty platform (MyHealth Rewards) connecting customer profiles to both in-store and online transactions.

Established an enterprise data and analytics foundation consolidating data across channels to support decision-making and ROI analysis.

Built Engage: a secure internal engagement platform (“modern intranet”) with SSO, content management, notifications, and connections to training.
